These Terms are intended to describe the commercial and operational terms for this service. They do not replace legal advice and may be updated as the product, payment setup, or applicable requirements change.
1. Who we are
The AI Readiness Assessment is provided for Advance Growth Partners as an AI readiness diagnostic, reporting, and advisory-support service. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean the operators of the AI Readiness Assessment service. References to "you" mean the individual user, organization administrator, participant, purchaser, or other person using the service.
2. What the service provides
The service helps individuals, teams, and organizations understand readiness to adopt and scale artificial intelligence. It may include profile registration, structured assessment questions, role-aware and neuroscience-informed interpretation, individual reports, organization dashboards, organization-wide reports, department views, PDF downloads, and included remote discussion sessions after report generation.
The reports are designed for planning, education, prioritization, and executive discussion. They are not legal, financial, medical, employment, cybersecurity, procurement, or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for decisions made after reviewing a report.
3. Eligibility and authority
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service. If you create an organization assessment or invite participants on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so and to provide the organization information submitted through the service.
4. Accounts and assessment access
You are responsible for keeping your login details and assessment links secure. You must provide accurate information when registering, creating an organization assessment, or completing participant intake. You must not impersonate another person, submit intentionally misleading responses, access another user's report without permission, or share private assessment links outside their intended audience.
5. Assessment responses and report generation
Reports are generated from the information supplied by users and participants. Their usefulness depends on the completeness, accuracy, and honesty of the responses. Organization reports require enough completed participant responses to produce a meaningful combined view. Unless otherwise stated, the organization report is generated once the minimum participant requirement has been met.
6. Payment and Paddle checkout
The assessment may be completed before payment. Payment is requested only once the relevant report has been generated and is ready to unlock. We use Paddle to process payments, checkout, taxes, currency handling, invoices, and related payment operations. Paddle may act as merchant of record or authorized reseller for purchases made through Paddle checkout.
Your payment transaction may also be subject to Paddle's buyer terms, checkout terms, privacy notices, refund processes, and country-specific consumer rights. Prices shown on the site may be displayed in multiple currencies where available. Final currency, taxes, and checkout totals are managed through Paddle at checkout.
7. Report access and included discussion session
After successful payment, you receive access to the applicable report and any available downloadable report files. Individual and organization report options include a remote discussion session after report generation. The discussion session is intended to help interpret the report and clarify practical next steps. It does not create an ongoing consulting retainer unless a separate agreement is signed.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. You must not attempt to bypass report access controls, payment controls, authentication, rate limits, or administrative functions. You must not introduce malware, scrape the service, reverse engineer non-public functionality, interfere with availability, use the service for unlawful purposes, or upload content that infringes rights, breaches confidentiality, or contains harmful material.
9. Organization participants and internal use
Organization administrators are responsible for inviting appropriate participants and explaining the purpose of the assessment within their organization. Organization-level reports may summarize participant patterns and readiness signals. Individual-level access inside an organization may depend on the organization setup, administrator permissions, and report structure. You should not use assessment outputs as the sole basis for disciplinary, hiring, termination, compensation, or other high-impact employment decisions.
10. Intellectual property
The assessment questions, scoring logic, report structure, templates, visual design, recommendations, copy, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to us. You may use unlocked reports internally for your own personal or organizational planning. You may not resell, republish, copy, train competing systems on, or create derivative commercial products from the service or reports without written permission.
11. Confidentiality and data protection
We handle personal information and assessment data as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to submit confidential information that you are not authorized to provide. Organization administrators should ensure they have a lawful basis or internal permission to invite participants and use aggregated results.
12. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service where needed for maintenance, security, compliance, product improvement, or commercial reasons.
13. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Reports provide diagnostic and planning guidance based on available inputs. We do not guarantee a specific business outcome, AI adoption result, productivity gain, compliance result, investment return, or organizational transformation result.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific report or service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and, for purchases processed through Paddle, the applicable Paddle buyer terms and payment processes. Refund availability may depend on whether the report has been unlocked, delivered, downloaded, or used, and on any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, fail to pay required fees, create legal or security risk, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, unless mandatory consumer laws in your location require otherwise. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue in good faith.
18. Contact
For support, account questions, policy questions, or buyer support details, contact support@signitiveit.co.za. For payment-specific checkout, invoice, tax, or transaction questions, Paddle may also provide buyer support through its checkout and buyer support channels.
